With the rapid increase in smartphone and in-office technology including audio and HD video conferencing, Talia's Unified Communications can help your business integrate all your ICT services so your customers can contact you however they want, be it via phone, email, chat and more.

We can provide a wide selection, ranging from entry-level handsets typically used where limited features are required, to high-end touchscreen devices supporting complex working including key line appearances and programmable soft keys. A consistent user interface across fixed and mobile devices delivers a cohesive experience and integration to existing services such as Outlook and CRM systems.

We also provide meeting room audio conference units with remote microphones and desktop clients for Windows and macOS that deliver a full unified communications experience. These clients provide comprehensive voice support including; integration with Outlook Contacts directory, visual voicemail, the ability to create video calls with multiple participants, the ability to create personal instant audio conferences with multiple internal or external participants, and instant messaging and presence.

In addition, the desktop client provides the user with a collaboration space – My Rooms – which allows users to share and collaborate desktops or files – for ad hoc sessions by dragging and dropping users into their Room, or pre-planned sessions that include external attendees.
